Refund Policy

At Serenity Massage and Wellness Spa, our goal is to provide you with high-quality professional services in a relaxing and supportive environment. The following Refund Policy applies to all services and products:

1. Services Rendered

All sales for services rendered are final.
Once a massage therapy session has been completed, no refunds will be issued for the service provided.

2. Prepaid Services and Packages

Prepaid services, packages, or series are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or used at a later date (subject to the package expiration date, if applicable).
Any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase may be voided if a package is partially used and the remaining balance is refunded under special consideration (management approval required).

3. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
They may be used for services or products offered at Serenity Massage and Wellness Spa.
Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.

4. Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

5. Cancellation Policy & Missed Appointments

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the scheduled service fee).
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Refunds are not issued for missed appointments or same-day cancellations.

6. Unsatisfactory Service

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify management immediately following your appointment.
We do not offer refunds for services already rendered, but we will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction moving forward (including offering service credit, a different therapist, or another reasonable accommodation at management’s discretion).

7. Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Serenity Massage and Wellness Spa management.
