Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment or receiving services at Serenity Massage and Wellness Spa ("Spa"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone, online, or in person.

  • A valid credit card may be required to reserve an appointment.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

  • The full service fee will still apply for late arrivals.

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose all known medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and other pertinent health information prior to receiving services.

  • Serenity Massage and Wellness Spa reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate based on the client's health information.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Serenity Massage and Wellness Spa maintains a professional environment.

  • Any inappropriate behavior by the client will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will be required.

7. Payment & Gratuity

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

  • Gratuity is appreciated but not required and is at the discretion of the client.

8. Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.

​​

9. Confidentiality

  • Client records and session details are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without the client’s written consent unless required by law.

​​

10. Changes to Terms

  • Serenity Massage and Wellness Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
